With the summer heat finally here I start seeing more of my thighs and bum in shorts and swimming suits. Last year I looked forward to this and was proud of how far I had come. This year I again want to hide away in cover ups and capri's. I am thinking of the seemingly fast fixes like Nivea's Goodbye Celullite Cream that I rub in and massage till my thighs and cheeks are a nice bright red color. I also start to look into pills like Alli or slimshots. Fully knowing that those things can't help and then I go dipping into the Hagendaz and flush away any progress made down the toilet. I know that losing the 70 pounds in 8 months was because I watched what I ate and I exercised nearly everyday! Am I doing these things?? Oh sure I am! I can remember maybe two tuesdays ago that I am pretty sure I ran outside and I sure did like watching that Hagendaz disappear last night. If I want to be happy with the way I look and be proud to play in the pool with my kids instead of sitting on the side in a cover up just watching I better get on the ball. Don't you just love that you know all the right answers?? I know exactly what I need to do and what I should be doing! Oh, I have the best excuses as to why it didn't happen today. I continue to wake up with a chip/ice cream/pop/fast food hangover going WHY WHY WHY did I do that???????? As I look at the pictures posted above you can guess which one I want to be like and now I have to forget the excuses and go break a sweat!

Exercise

When I grow up....
Today while we were driving to the gym to go swimming Xave said to Brielle."I am sooo glad I am not a girl because I wouldn't want to have the baby."
To which Belle said.
"Well, Dad's have to get up early and work Mon-Sat and only get Sunday off (which is what Shan does) and Mom's get to sleep in and only work if they want to."
lol I love my kiddos!!! So after we got home and I was still thinking of their cuteness I asked them... What do you want to be when you grow up.
Belle "I want to work at McDonalds"
Xave "I want to be Indiana Jones"
Daxton "I want to use this gun (a toy machine gun) and be a bad guy" (OH NO :o)
Alissa "I want to be Yoda"

California Trip
My blog is already very messed up and backwards so why not mess it up some more! :o) There are so many things that I haven't had time to post and now I want to catch up a bit. Back in March we went to LA to visit my sister Alysha and have spring break at the ocean. We had such a great time and we can't wait to do it again! If the gas prices stay what they are I am affraid it will be when we win the lottery but here's hoping!! (I guess I would need to play the lottery to win though huh?) So here is our beach fun, Easter at the beach and our bonfire night. Of course I wanted to start with the beach pics, then the easter and end with the night time bonfire but I just can't seem to think backwards so this is how it turns out. Urg.. How come I am the only dork on the blogger???? I just don't get it!!!!!!! Plus my pics are always spaced so dang far apart and when I fix it I have a huge space at the end of my blog. I need help!!!!!

Oh my goodness!! Who would have thought that while out dancing in Nashville at the Cadillac Ranch Bar ( I had to go there because of the Cadillac Ranch song for those who know country music) that I would have loved the voice of this beauty and ask to have my pic taken with her! New House
Here is our new home!!! I was able to get the top cleaned up enough to send pics today! lol But I have only 15 min left now to get to work AAAhhhhh.... I got in my exercise too so it is a good day so far.
Here is our backyard deck with porch swing! And ozzy follows me everywhere :o)
Our backyard firepit. We have already made hot dogs, hamburgers and smores out here.
Nice swings that are cemented in and don't tip over and front and center a drinking fountain!! NICE!!
I am still waiting to see what is growing back there along the fence lol
The sandbox is covered by what looks like to me grape vines
Yep that is a hot tub!!!!

I didn't have help when I put the bed together and couldn't get the bed skirt right so this is what we have for now.
Our built in entertainment center. And there you go I have to go hug Belle since she just got home, I have to go throw on some makeup, call the home lenders with some problems, go get Devin from school and then head to work. My life is NOT boring!! I WANT TO BE BORED!!!!!!!
